SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance and Granville counties were called out to a residence in Henderson, NC. This involved an old water damage that was not mitigated at the time of the loss. The homeowner didn't feel that it was a "big deal" at the time. He now is faced with mold. We were able to properly remediate the mold and restore his property to like new.
