Here at SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance and Granville Counties, we understand that Fire and Water Damage knows know "perfect timing," nor any "pathogen-related delays." We are open and always here to help.

During these times of uncertainty, we want to keep our customers safe. Our employees are assessed in the morning for any increase in temperature. We also have shoe coverings, Tyvek suits, gloves, masks and eye protection for our employees to use while they are in your home for your protection. All of our equipment is disinfected, with a hospital grade disinfectant, before it is placed in your house. For water damages, we are also placing an appropriately-sized air scrubber which will filter the indoor air down to .3 microns. We are taking every precaution necessary to keep our employees and our customer safe.
