I'd like to take the time to also comment what a pleasure it was to work with your company throughout this awful water damage situation with my Mom's house. 

When I first discovered all the damage, I was in panic mode and called SERVPRO. My first phone call with Sharon went very well, as she was able to lend a listening ear as I walked through the house and explained the situation I was looking at room by room. She was extremely sympathetic and reassured me that everything would be alright. (Something that I really needed to hear that day). Sharon is an excellent " first contact" person. All the following calls were just as pleasant. 

When Keith and the insurance adjuster showed up, they were so through with their measurements and I felt completely confident that they would get this handled for me. They answered every single question that I had, and I did have lots of questions, with patience. Keith is excellent at his job and even the final walk through that I did with him, was extremely detailed. He is very involved and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the job.

Melissa, you were extremely efficient, knowing all the ins and outs of your job so well.  You handled all my questions about the drying out process and the reconstruction of my Mom's place. You helped me walk through all the many pages of the estimate, taking your time and explaining every detail. You are a master at getting things scheduled in an orderly fashion with all the vendors (no easy task).
